The UNIFIRE FORCE 80 is a marine specification, stainless steel foam and water robotic nozzle. The finish is manually polished stainless steel, providing a long service life with fantastic appearance and minimum maintenance. It features M12 multi-connectors on all connection points for simple installation and maintenance.

Progressive joystick control with LED position indicators, record/play functionality, and auxiliary controls. Features one-step record and playback with valve control.
Motherboard with slots for 6 BLDC drivers, 6 analogue and 4 digital inputs, 4 analogue and 4 digital outputs, dual Canbus, USB, I2C, SPI, RS485.
Brushless DC motors with welded covers for maximum water protection. Up to 100W output (4A/24VDC) per driver card.
The Unifire PI Joystick provides intuitive control with progressive speed adjustment, position feedback, and advanced recording capabilities. The pressure-sensitive joystick shaft enables precise movement control in all directions.

Stows robotic nozzle after use
Opens or closes water valve
Records and replays movement patterns
Adjusts from jet to fog spray
Indicates vertical, horizontal, and nozzle positions
The INTEG 80 nozzle flow is adjusted by rotating the baffle on a threaded rod (M16 x 2). One complete turn equals 360° rotation. Flow ranges from 500 to 5500 lit/min depending on pressure and baffle position.

Flow Adjustment: Rotate baffle clockwise to close (pos=0), counter-clockwise to open. For example, 2 turns (720°) opens slot by 4.0mm, providing 3000 lit/min at 10 bar inlet pressure.

Lock Position: Secure baffle with M16 counter-nut using Loctite 243 or 577 on the nut.
Press ON button. Green LED indicates active control. Position LEDs show relative positions even when off.
Press REC once to start recording. Red LED indicates recording. All movements, velocity changes, and pauses are captured. Press REC again to save.
Press PLAY to initiate recorded sequence. Manual joystick operation or pressing PLAY again aborts playback.
Hold PARK for 2 seconds to return to pre-defined parking position. Abort by operating joystick or pressing PARK again.
The FORCE 80 with BLDC motors features fully laser-welded motor enclosures that cannot be opened. This design minimizes water penetration risk and reduces maintenance requirements. If a motor is defective, replace the complete motor assembly with its cover.
Unifire provides comprehensive spare parts support for the FORCE 80 system. All components feature M12 multi-connectors for simple installation and maintenance. For technical support, contact Unifire AB at support@unifire.com.
