Flow and Reach Performance
The INTEG 80 nozzle flow is adjusted by rotating the baffle on a threaded rod (M16 x 2). One complete turn equals 360° rotation. Flow ranges from 500 to 5500 lit/min depending on pressure and baffle position.
Flow Adjustment: Rotate baffle clockwise to close (pos=0), counter-clockwise to open. For example, 2 turns (720°) opens slot by 4.0mm, providing 3000 lit/min at 10 bar inlet pressure.
Lock Position: Secure baffle with M16 counter-nut using Loctite 243 or 577 on the nut.
Operating Procedures
Start
Press ON button. Green LED indicates active control. Position LEDs show relative positions even when off.
Record Pattern
Press REC once to start recording. Red LED indicates recording. All movements, velocity changes, and pauses are captured. Press REC again to save.
Playback
Press PLAY to initiate recorded sequence. Manual joystick operation or pressing PLAY again aborts playback.
Park Position
Hold PARK for 2 seconds to return to pre-defined parking position. Abort by operating joystick or pressing PARK again.
Maintenance Requirements
The FORCE 80 with BLDC motors features fully laser-welded motor enclosures that cannot be opened. This design minimizes water penetration risk and reduces maintenance requirements. If a motor is defective, replace the complete motor assembly with its cover.
Monthly Inspections
Inspect M12 multi-connectors for water and corrosion signs
Check stream-shaper for salt buildup and dirt
Apply WD40 to stream-shaper as precaution
Clean robotic nozzle exterior when dirty
Annual Maintenance
Spray connectors with WD40 as precaution
Machine polish 316L stainless steel if desired
Verify all connections remain secure
Test emergency manual override cranks
Critical Notes
Worm gears are hermetically sealed and normally never require greasing
Only grease if specifically recommended by Unifire AB
Always park stream-shaper in fully retracted "spray" position when not in use
Disconnect cables before manual crank operation
